PBK Architects worked with RPC Anchor Gaming in developing potential Master Plan options for the development of a 50 acre parcel of land which would incorporate a charity casino, hotel and retail component. The proposed charity casino would be comprised of approximately 80 table games and 300 slot machines. Amenity spaces such as a micro-brewery and sports bar were developed in a narrative relating to early Canadian industrial imagery.
