PBK Architects developed a detailed design proposal for RPC Anchor Gaming on a high profile waterfront site at Ontario Place. PBK proposed a 50,000 s.f. building comprised of 80 table games and 300 slot machines as well as a landmark waterfront restaurant. The architecture was developed from a nautical theme to create ship-like forms and details. The project progressed to the detailed design phase and was anticipated to be fast-tracked construction delivered through a construction management method.
