PBK Architects Inc. was a specialist consultant on this 8,250-seat multipurpose facility, and second community ice pad. The end-to-end arrangement of the ice sheets allows for significant trade show opportunities. Also included in the design are 20 private suites distributed over the concourse and suites level, and small commercial units along the front of the building. The site, while in the city center, slopes more than 60' between diagonal corners, and the design team was able to take advantage of this to provide direct at-grade access to all three levels of the building.

This facility is the home of the Western Hockey League's Everett Silvertips.
