This facility includes:

• Competitive/leisure pool - 8 lanes x 50m with 2 moveable bulkheads and a moveable floor.
• A 10m diving tower, separate 26m leisure/wave pool, tots pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms.
• Pool side viewing terrace, weight room, multi-purpose room and family change rooms.

The challenge on this project was designing the building envelope and mechanical systems to suit the northern climate. All areas of the facility are accessible to the disabled including the whirlpool.
