PBK designed the Bus Concourse attached to the existing VIA Rail Station in Vancouver. Passenger facilities such as ticketing, washrooms, concourse, and baggage handling, were independently developed within the existing rail station. The bus concourse was designed to handle a total of 22 buses arriving or departing from the terminal and to provide a covered space for passengers leaving or boarding the buses as well as a central bus dispatch office for controlling the movement of the buses.
