Hastings Street Parkade

Vancouver, British Columbia

The Hastings Street Parkade accommodates 356 cars on five underground levels. Cast-in-place concrete construction was chosen for this project. Vertical excavation at the property line required close monitoring of the existing buildings located on each side of the site. A public park was located on the surface at street level which serves the neighbouring office buildings and allows access from the downtown core to the waterfront.
