Royal Jubilee Hospital Parkade

Saanich, British Columbia

PBK provided design and construction administration services for this 365 stall, multi-level parkade. A small office for parkade operation, staff facilities as well as a larger Central Security Office for the entire hospital complex was accommodated in a pre-cast concrete structure. A "therapeutic garden" was designed surrounding the parkade to serve as outdoor space for the neighbouring seniors centre.

This project has received an Honorable Mention for Architectural Achievement from the International Parking Institute, and an Award of Excellence from the City of Saanich.
