We are currently working on the detailed design of a new bus operations and maintenance facility for TransLink. The site is 17.5 acres in area and the facility is being designed to accommodate a fleet of 400 coaches, this 400 coach fleet is made up of 40 foot trolley coaches, 40 foot diesel coaches and 60 feet articulated trolley coaches.

The client has decided to obtain a Silver LEED certification on this project and the project includes the sustainable building techniques and features to achieve this goal.
