Downsview Master Plan and Urban Design Study

As the largest single redevelopment site in Toronto, the 1320 acre Downsview Lands represents an extraordinary opportunity to provide a range of uses: aviation, industrial, sports, entertainment, residential, and a high-tech office park in an integrated park setting.

The plan is based on the development of a national urban park providing a range of outdoor and indoor experiences. In addition to the preparation of the Downsview Masterplan, PBK is responsible for urban design guidelines which will be incorporated into the City of Toronto's Secondary Plan.
