PBK Architects Inc. was responsible for creating a master plan and urban design guidelines addressing streetscape, landscape and built form elements for this 2,400 acre area next to the Town of Milton.

Old Town of Milton precedents including architectural character, street patterns and features of the rural landscape were used as the basis for developing an urban design vocabulary that reflects local identity and heritage, resulting in a unique 'place-specific' plan.
